Delivery Charges

For orders placed on Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order receipt and delivery is usually within 1-2 days thereafter

Overnight Delivery- UK mainland delivery only, is made Monday- Friday only. Any order received after 1430 on a Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.  Overnight orders placed before 1430 UK time will be sent out same day- cost = £3.50

Please note our warehouse will be closed on 25,26,27 December and will not process orders. In addition, we will also be closed on 1/2 January 2017. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on chelseabeautique.com, you may return the unused purchase to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days from delivery. You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the envelope.
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification. 
Please notify us of your intention to return your purchase by  emailing      Sales@chelseabeautique.com stating your reason for return.

  • You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, and return to:

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via insured Parcel Post.       Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via Royal Mail first class post. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request. 
If the items received are damaged, please refer to "Damaged Items".

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the parcel for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 44.(0)844.409.9885 
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier

Cancellations

You can cancel an order up to 7 days after placing the order online. To cancel, call customer services on +44.(0)844.409.9885 or email customerservice@chelseabeautique.com 
Due to the swift turnaround of order to delivery, orders may have been dispatched to you. You will be advised by customer services if your items have been dispatched. If your items have been dispatched you will be required to return the items, unused, unopened in their original packaging to :

A full refund will be processed and credited to the card used for payment.
